Commercial/Transactional Information
Records of services requested, purchased, or considered and related interactions with our offerings.

Desired roles, locations, shifts, start dates, compensation ranges, and other placement preferences. For clients/prospects: role descriptions, requirements, and wage/bill rate information.
Health & Safety Information (employment context)
Workplace injury/illness reports, fitness-for-duty or accommodation documentation, and insurance/policy details as needed to meet legal or client site requirements.
Inferences/Profiles
Insights drawn from the information above to tailor job matches, communications, or services (e.g., likely interests, preferences, or suitability for certain roles).
We may obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:
- Directly from you, when you submit a job application, create an online profile, request a candidate, or contact us.
- Automatically, when you visit our websites (e.g., through cookies, IP addresses, browser type, and device information).
- From third parties, such as job boards, social networks and professional networks (like LinkedIn), referrals, background check vendors, and our clients.
- How We Use Personal Information
