To update or change your direct deposit information or to change your tax withholdings, please contact your branch or local representative and they can provide the necessary forms.

GET YOUR W-2 ON TIME!

W-2s will be finalized by January 31.

Choose electronic delivery by January 7 to receive your W-2 faster and securely!

Electronic delivery means you’ll receive an email with a link to view your W-2 in GreenEmployee as soon as it’s available. This email will go to the address associated with your GreenEmployee login.

  • Go to Settings and then click Notifications
  • Scroll down to Year End W-2 and 1095-C Distribution Preferences
  • Select Change your W-2 and 1095-C Distribution Preferences.
  • Select I want to receive ‘green’ W-2 electronically through this website

Note: 1095-C forms are not available through GreenEmployee at this time; instead, those eligible will receive them in the mail.

Download your most recent paystub to confirm your address is accurate. This ensures your W-2 will be delivered correctly if you choose paper delivery. If you need to update your address, please contact your branch or local representative.

GREENEMPLOYEE – GETTING STARTED

  • To create an account, go to https://plg.greenemployee.com
  • Scroll down to New User? And click on Register. 
  • Enter your personal details and choose Continue. 

Once the system recognizes your information, a verification code will be sent to the email or phone number we have on file for you. Once you enter the code, you can create your password and complete the account setup process.
