Process Outsourcing.

Peoplelink has created our Process Outsourcing group to handle situations where either on the clients’ premises or off-site at one of our locations, we perform a function or run a department that was previously staffed and supervised by the client directly. Process Outsourcing is the use of Peoplelink’s subject matter experts to perform part or all of the role of a Human Resources department or a specific work output.

Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO)

Peoplelink Group CWO offers a portfolio of workforce solutions, including a managed services program (MSP) through which an organization’s staffing suppliers are managed, a vendor management system (VMS) serving as the technology tool used in the procurement process, and independent contractor compliance (ICC) to mitigate the risk of worker misclassification. CWO provides clients with a strategic approach to managing their contingent workforce in a way that reduces cost and risk factors while streamlining the supplier user experience.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

Our RPO program takes responsibility for the client’s hiring requirements, ensuring the right fit between contingent employee and the job opportunity.

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

Critical functions of the client company’s back-office, such as certain aspects of human resources or whole departments such as telesales, catering or security, can be outsourced through our BPO solution. Such outsourcing can be done on a local or national scale.

Payroll Process Outsourcing (PPO)

Peoplelink Group PPO is capable of managing the entire recruiting/hiring process, or can manage one or two aspects of the process, essentially serving as an extension of the company’s HR dept.
